Energypac adds another stratum of accomplishment to its portfolio with METABUILD (2016-2020) project’s ‘Resource Efficient Supply Chain Measures’ Recognition.Leading power, energy, and engineering company Energypac Power Generation PLC (EPGPLC) received recognition in the category of ‘Resource Efficient Supply Chain Measures’ as part of METABUILD project (2016-2020), METABUILD is a 4-year project (2016-2020) supported by the European Union (EU) under the SWITCH-Asia Programme. This programme emphasises sustainable resource efficient supply chain in production process. The overall goals of the project were to benefit from creating resource efficient production processes for metal components in the building and construction sector along with improved environmental quality, improved working and living conditions. METABUILD is targeted specifically at the metal industry supplying to the building and construction sector in Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
Energypac has been bestowed with this recognition to appreciate its continued efforts and commitment to ensure resource efficient metal production options for Bangladesh.
