Services & Spares (SnS) department has been an integrated part of Energypac Power Generation PLC (EPGPLC) since the inception of its business. It has a team of around 100 personnel comprising of highly qualified engineers, technicians, and managers who relentlessly work round the clock to provide 24X7 services to its customers. It has operation coverage throughout the country and have full-fledged offices & workshop in Dhaka and Chattogram.

The major responsibilities (but not limited to) of the department is to ensure:

  • Installation & Commissioning of its all power generation, marine engines, compressor and lift product sales
  • After product sales Warranty Support (as applicable)
  • After warranty Services & Spares support to its all customers
  • All sorts of Engine Maintenance (Routine Maintenance, Overhauling, Repair Work, Troubleshooting etc.)
  • Engineering, Up-gradation, Modification, Synchronization, Workshop Precision Works, etc.
  • Alternator, and Motor cleaning & repairing works
  • Educating customers through service training for Engineers and Operators
  • Operation & Maintenance (O&M), Customer Service Agreement

Marine-Engine: YC DIESEL

Parts & Service: PERKINS

Lift: LIFTSALL

Prime Mover Control and Power Managements: WOODWARD

Power Plants: OnM, CSA

Apart from these, SnS has the technical capacity and service expertise to provide services to Rolls-Royce (Gas & HFO) and MTU (Gas) engines as EPGPLC used to represent these brands in the country till 2013-14 before the OEM established their direct operation in the country.

Energypac Power Generation PLC is the exclusive distributor of JAC, Ankai, SHACMAN, JCB & Heli for the Bangladesh market. Bestowing to that EPGPLC ensure 360-degree vehicle services for JAC Trucks & Pickups, JCB & Heli Construction Machineries and Materials Handling equipment, SHACMAN Heavy Duty Trucks, and Ankai Buses. Across the country EPGPLC has established 36 dedicated Service Center and Spare Parts Points from where customers can get their service at the earliest and able to ensure genuine spare parts purchase at a market competitive price. Apart from that, EPGPLC established its most Hi-tech Service Point ‘Energypac Auto Clinic’ located at Mirpur that includes the following facilities:
